Types of listings
In the theme is available 7 types of listings, you can disable /enable some of them at Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings . For each type, you can add or edit Suburb (You can rename this section in Easy Property Listings > Settings.) and features.
General Settings of Easy Property Listing
Multiple listing types are supported because not everyone is a residential properties specialist. You can list rentals, commercial, land, rural and businesses just as easily.
So once you've activated Easy Property Listings the first thing you want to do is jump over to the general settings page in WordPress by visiting Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings
Installation
Setting up a Warp theme follows the standard WordPress installation procedure and works like with any other theme. In order to download the current version, please visit wordpress.org. Please check WordPress Codex for information on how to install WordPress on your server.
Once WordPress is successfully installed, you will have to upload the theme to your WordPress directory. Download and un-zip the esta-package folder. You will find 4 folders and one of them 01_Theme. There are two zipped theme folders 01_esta_v1.0.0.zip and 02_esta-Child-Theme.zip. If you want to use a child theme, will have to install two themes.
Open your WordPress dashboard. Go to Appearance > Themes. Click the Add New Theme button, then Upload Theme and select the 01_esta_v1.0.0.zip file. Click Install Now.
Installing recommended plugins
Once activated Esta will be display a notification to install and activation the required plugins.
After the installation and activation the required plugins, you can install the Demo

If you are new to wordpress or have problems creating posts or pages that look like the Theme Demo you can import dummy posts and pages here that will definitely help to understand how those tasks are done.
Before you begin, make sure all the required plugins are activated.

0Setting
The general theme section allows you to control the behaviour and the overall appearance of your theme.
To configure this part go to esta->Settings.
Styles
The style section contains the customizer.
Click
to create your own style for the whole site or individual pages. You can pick colors, modify sizes and much more with a real time theme preview. Choose the style to be loaded in the layout options.
Сlick Copy and enter a new name to duplicate the style. Then you choose your new style from the list and can make adjustments.

Layouts
This section makes the arrangement of your content very easy and flexible. You can enable or disable system output, define the layout of the theme's widget or module positions and select a style you created in the customizer. Additionally you have the possibility to store your modifications in a layout profile and assign it to different pages.
To configure this part go to Esta->Layouts.
Сlick Add in Layouts page and enter a new name to create the layout.
“Style” option enables you to assign a style to your layout. In addition with the customizer and the layout manager this makes styling your pages very flexible.
Esta — Installing Recommended Plugins
Once you have installed and activated Esta you will be prompted to install recommended plugins. Just click the link to begin installing plugins.
